Refund policy

Please inform us within three days of delivery if an item arrives damaged. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods, however we always aim to refund promptly.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, however any goods returned for this reason must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods except when the item has arrived damaged or is not as described.
